Spacious and very comfortable furnished apartment for rent in a unique location in the center of Groningen! This attractive, double upstairs apartment is 100 years old. Here you can enjoy the tranquility in the middle of the bustling city center.

The house is located in a prime location in one of the nicest shopping streets in the city! In the car-free street you will mainly find some smaller, separate shops. But of course, the supermarket is also not far, because it is only 100 m from the house, as well as the Vismarkt, where a large market is held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. At the nearby Zuiderdiep you will find a wide choice of terraces, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the cinema. Well-known Groningen attractions such as the Martini Tower, Groninger forum and Groninger Museum are all within walking distance and the University of Groningen is also nearby.
