Located opposite Bloemenmarkt, Amsterdam's famous floating flower market, this apartment could not be more central. The 90m2 space is on the second and third floor of a building dating from 17th century and offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for four guests, comprising living room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, two bedrooms and a terrace. Please be aware that there are very steep stairs to climb to reach the apartment.
The apartment is in a perfect location opposite Amsterdam's famous Bloemenmarkt and just around the corner from Rembrandtplein. Nieuwmarkt, the Red Light District, Dam Square and nightlife centre Leidseplein are all less than ten minutes walk away and you can reach the Museum District on foot in fifteen minutes.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the requisite crockery and utensils, as well as a dining table with seating.
There are two bedrooms; the master with a double bed and TV, the second in the attic space, accessible by stair ladder and also with a double bed.. The bathroom comes with washbasin, jacuzzi bathtub with shower attachment. The toilet is located separately. he bath has also a jacuzzi. And the there is a tv in the living room and one tv in the master bedroom.
The apartment is non-smoking. IN THE INTERESTS OF GOOD NEIGHBOUR RELATIONS WE DO NOT WELCOME NOISY GROUPS OR PARTY PEOPLE
The remaining balance can be paid by card and check in instructions will be sent the week of arrival.
