This 4 bed/3 bath Duplex Townhouse Garden Apartment sleeps 14 and is perfect for large groups/families that need more space and want to be together and have a full kitchen and dining room to share meals.
Location to Riverside Park/Central Park/Lincoln Center is perfect. Close to Midtown as well since location is 71st Street. There is also space in front of house for bikes/strollers etc. (if locked). 1-2-3 Subway lines are two blocks away, 2 and 3 are express, they will take you to Times Sq in one stop. Crosstown, downtown and uptown buses are all within a block radius. It's also close to Gray Line Bus stop.
Kitchen is open to the dining room that seats 8 at the table, 6 more at the bar. There is a sofa right next to the dining table as well as a TV. Kitchen is well equipped to cook a full dinner, gas oven and cooktop, full size fridge with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker with a permanent filter, dishes, utensils, plenty of glasses are all there to make your stay more comfortable. We also leave cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets and kitchen towels.
All beds are fitted with 500 thread count sheets, plush duvets and down pillows. There are also plenty of towels all around the house. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and hairdryer in all 3 bathrooms.
We have a gas grill outside at the private garden. It's beautifully landscaped and very quiet. We have an information center with a big map of the area and subway lines and a guidebook to all of the restaurants, bars, attractions in the area.
No smoking anywhere in the house, pets must be registered and pre-approved. Full payment, including the damage deposit, is required after booking by Paypal. Paypal fees are to be paid by the guest. The 500 USD damage deposit is paid on top of the total amount.
Please note that the online prepayment at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstance.
100% refund of the outstanding balance if cancelled at least 90 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
