Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage, as well as a brand new rear deck...complete with a brand new BBQ. th. Everything is fresh with new paint throughout! This monitored and WIFI equipped family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike, and will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Inside, the first floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor.
The combination kitchen and dining area features newer appliances, (including a dishwasher) a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Also included are: cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans and dishes/glassware; coffee pot, microwave oven, toaster. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap. Otherwise, self-service.
Also featured is one bedroom with a full-sized bed, and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a work station, one bedroom with a brand new king sized bed, and another full bath. Guests should bring their own toiletries. Mt. Baker Lodging will provide 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower and 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
