Located in the desirable neighborhood of the Nolita/Soho area this 3BR/2BA apartment is ideally suited for a group up to 6 guests. The apartment is 650 square feet and located on the second floor of a walk-up building on a residential street. The apartment features hard wood floors, high ceilings and three bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
All three bedrooms have a door to close for privacy. The bedroom off the living room has french pocket doors with curtains that close it off from the living room. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances including Miele appliances and wine refrigerator. There are two full bathrooms with a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is no elevator in this building. The apartment is not wheel chair accessible.
The subway is less than a 3 minute walk from the apartment and everything is just outside your door. One of the best neighborhoods in Manhattan.

Soho is a fashionable area with an array of shopping, ranging from upscale boutiques to chain stores. The area is highly sought after in Lower Manhattan. Nearby there are several top restaurants and easy access to the city's main sights and attractions.
Fully equipped kitchen with Meile appliances, a dishwasher, fridge, stove, wine refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishes for six guests.
There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, while the third bedroom has a full size bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms with showers.

There is no elevator in the building. After the booking confirmation, owner requires 40% of the balance due by credit card. Remaining balance due 2 weeks before arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: The total amount of the reservation minus a $90.00 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated to the property manager in written format more than 30 days prior to arrival date. With 15-30 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
